Live Event: How Do You Improve Your Product Team’s Performance? October 3rd, PDMA Chapter, Ann Arbor

Actuation Consulting, in partnership with leading industry associations such as PDMA, conducts an annual study of product team performance which takes a close look the dynamics that differentiate high performance teams from the rest of the pack. The survey collects data from product managers, project managers, engineers and other active participants in the product development process.

The 2012 Study revealed five practices that increase the likelihood, a 67% probability, of achieving high team performance. (Similarly, if teams practice none of them, they’ll have a minuscule 2% likelihood of achieving high performance!).

The 2013 Study reveals rapid growth in the number of teams becoming Agile – and fascinating insight into development methods and practices teams believe improve their products’ profitability.
